都可以买到许多不同种类的NRT(Nicotine Replacement Therapy)
昨天在工作时拍了几张照片
看看英国的NRT与其他国家有什么不同
- patches –
- look like a large plaster
- stuck on upper arm or thigh
- 2 types: 16 hours & 24 hours
- 3 strengths for a 12-weeks step down program
- Flesh-colour or transparent
- lozenges –
- allow to dissolve slowly in mouth
- not to be chewed or swallowed whole
- 2 strengths: 2mg & 4mg
- gum –
- chew slowly in a specific way (not the same as ordinary chewing gum)
- 2 strength: 2mg & 4mg
- tablets –
- microtab (little tablets)
- place under the tongue and allow to dissolve slowly
- inhalator –
- a plastic tube and a replaceable cartridge
- release nicotine when draw on the mouthpiece
- nasal spray –
- spray into nostrils

不过英国的商标比较多
也比较多样化

这种倒没见过，那天在超市看见一种filter,里面装着液体，可以去除90%有害物。。。
