Did you hear about the bomb threats at Birmingham city centre? It happened two days after the London blasts, on a Saturday night. well, the whole city centre was evacuated, almost 20,000 people were evacuated on that night. Few controlled explosions were carried out on a bus and a hotel in the Broad Street (a very famous entertainment street, with all the night clubs, pubs, restaurants etc, kind of like Northbridge in Perth).
Well, i wasn't at the city central that night, luckily. I was at work and only heard the news when i got home. You might ask, how do i feel? well, to tell the truth, i wasn't feeling scared or anything. It might seems worse from far, you might thought that everybody is scared to death, but life still resume as normal. You can't really do much except to live a normal life :)
The London explosions were shocking and disgusting. The terrorist attacks are inhumane and senseless, esp. targeting the innocent lives. It's the same with all the bomb threats by those irresponsibles. Why is some people have such an ill mentality?
